The First Thing I Noticed Was Her Elegant Pendants
It was a normal day for me. I was waiting for the waitress when I saw a lady enter the restaurant. I did not want to look away. She had on the most magnificent pendants, I think it was they way they blended perfectly with her blouse. There was something very special about her jewelry and I wanted to look more. But as quickly as she appeared, she disappeared. She had already passed my table.
As soon as I saw her, she was gone. Her happy escort followed directly behind, making sure to stay very close. He obviously wanted everyone to know that he was with her. Then they were both gone. The image of her was still in my memory. I wanted to turn around and look at her again, but to do may have been construed as rude. Those necklaces were brilliant. They had matched perfectly with her blouse. They seemed to have sparkled.
Everything she wore matched perfectly and complimented each other so well. Her accessories blended beautifully with her wardrobe. Even her hair was nicely arranged. She walked past as if she was used to making an appearance. She walked fast enough to allow only a glance.
Not being a person that admires pink and purple together, I was amazed that she was able to pull it off. There was something about this woman but I could not quite put my finger on it.
The way those pendants looked was amazing. They were the very first thing I noticed and It was hard to look away. Somehow, I knew this lady knew what she was doing. She knew something. And then I realized what it was.
I had noticed that her facial features were not perfect. I also noticed that this tall lady had a slightly bulging tummy. Okay, more than slightly. It was not overly big, but past the point of disguising it with clothing. This clever woman had worn her brilliant neck chains suspended exactly at the precise location that would distract an observing gaze away from her tummy! Also, the eyes would not be drawn to her height or face.
She had used a few pendants to present herself in a very attractive way. I was very impressed. Many women will never have the gift, but this is one secret I will remember. Pendants Are Not Magical But They Can Create Illusions.
